We all here at Lake Myra Christmas would like to thank everyone that came by and supported us during such a wonderful time of the season. We believe we set a record in attendance, even with the inclement weather we had.
This page is dedicated to all of you that attended. We have met such wonderful people and it is great to have fellowship with so many of you. There have been some life-changing moments here at Lake Myra Christmas and we will share some of these moments here.
As we stated we are sure we set a record! Our guest book was completely full with visitors from 34 states and 33 countries !! The below map shows the different states in yellow that made the visit. Some of the countries that were here are China, Australia, Germany and Russia, just to name a few.
Enjoy the page and we all hope to see you back for our 2011 show which will be bigger with effects that has never been done before.

This was a very special night for Marcy. Aaron, her husband is deplored in Afghanistan and he contacted me by e-mail and requested to surprise her at our show. Making a long story short, here is a picture of Marcy and myself after I surprised her just after our magic show.
Now this little fellow has got a front row seat. He sat through 2 shows and still did not want to leave.
Sometimes it becomes a problem in finding a good place to watch the show, especially on Friday and Saturday nights.
Here is a couple that wanted to see the behind-the-scenes’ operations. We are happy to show anyone; just ask any of us and we will take you on a tour.
Our show can often give a person an uplifting experience !

An Uplifting Experience
I just wanted to share a story that happened to me on Dec. 12 .
This past year has been the hardest of my life both financially and mentally.
My 10 year marriage ended badly and my daughter watched that happen.
With the grace of God we are making however, I would like to share my story.
I took my daughter to Lake Myra to see the lights so I could bring a bit of Christmas joy to her life.
What happen was beyond the most touching and meaningful Christmas I have ever had in my 47 years.
They put on a magic show and Santa was also there. These people took this last year of pain and hurt and made me feel whole again. They have given me strength and hope for the coming year.
I can never thank them enough for the happiness and the new strength they have given me and my daughter and to me that’s what Christmas is all about.
Thank you to everyone at Lake Myra Christmas. You have brought back Christmas and the joy again.

We were honored to have our Governor to visit us. Before she departed from the display she was presented with a tree decoration that was etched in with “Lake Myra Christmas Lights “. She told me that it will be hung on the tree in the mansion for years to come. The tree represents the people of North Carolina. It was a very enjoyable visit and she even had her grand child with her.
